Safeguarding Statement

Watling View is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all governors, staff, volunteers and visitors to share this commitment.

 

Safeguarding is the process of protecting children from abuse or neglect, preventing impairment of their health and development, and ensuring they are growing up in circumstances consistent with the provision of safe and effective care that enables children to have optimum life chances and enter adulthood successfully.

 

Below are the policies and procedure we have in place to safeguard the children and young people at Watling View School.
