The strategic improvement plan aims to provide key stakeholders with an understanding of the priorities for Watling View. In the summer term staff have the opportunity to reflect and evaluate the current improvement plan and discuss priorities for the next plan.
The governing body is responsible for approval of the strategic improvement plan and each section on the improvement plan has a strategic lead and a link governor. The strategic lead and link governor will meet termly to review and reflect on the progress towards the objectives.
