• World Cup Theme Day

  On Monday 21^st November we held a World Cup theme day to coincide with England vs. Iran at the men’s football world cup in Qatar.

   

  In the morning we had a whole school football tournament where classes competed against each other in football challenges, with Explorers class being crowned as champions for their fantastic switch work and ball rolling skills!

   

  In the afternoon we screened the game live from Qatar and used communication boards and Grid 3 to talk about and comment on what we saw happening in the match.

   

  

• Children In Need 2022

  Thank you to all our students, parents/carers and staff for supporting Children in Need 2022.  We raised £60.30 for this good cause!

  

• Diwali

  On Wednesday 2^nd November the whole school came together to celebrate Diwali! During our theme day each class had the opportunity to attend a workshop run by a specialist dance teacher from Bollywood Magic UK. Each class practiced the moves that they had learnt alongside different pieces of music. As well as the dance workshop classes took part in different Diwali activities which included sensory stories, making Divas, Rangoli patterns and trying some traditional foods.
