Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Pupils have been learning how to keep safe whilst out in the community and how different people keep them safe.
They have also enjoyed lots of class activities, such as cooking and decorating traffic light biscuits. Upper School pupils have also experienced travel training during the week.
Diwali was celebrated throughout the school with a number of themed activities. These started with a special Diwali assembly where we tasted some delicious food and got to know what Diwali is all about.
After this we had dancing, a Rama and Sita sensory story, themed bucket session, we decorated Divas to take home to our family, we made and tasted coconut barfi, as well as having fun trying to make our own Rangoli patterns using coloured sand.
All the students enjoyed a fun and immersive day full of sensory exploration and festive celebrations.
On Monday 13th November, some of our students from Upper School performed Shakespeare's play Anthony & Cleopatra at the Grove Theatre in Dunstable. We rehearsed weekly in the month leading up to the show. Other students from Upper School also helped make props and scenery during their creative arts lessons.
Marcus, William, Francesco, Casper, Thomas and a couple of other students performed beautifully to a large audience. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we were very proud of all of them.
The students have had a great time this afternoon, watching a production of Robin Hood!
Thanks to everyone who donated to our local food bank with Harvest Festival donations!
